These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of shopconnectzone.com and purchases from Shop Connect Zone.

1. Agreement

Using our website or placing an order means you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian. We ship to US addresses only.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Promo codes

CONNECT10 and other codes have no cash value, are limited to one per order, apply only to eligible items (not gift cards or memberships) and are applied before tax. Returns are refunded at the discounted price paid.

5. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy, accepted when we ship the item or email your code. We may limit quantities or decline orders. You authorize us to charge the total, including any applicable state and local sales tax and shipping.

6. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Contact us within 7 days about lost or damaged packages.

7. Gift cards

Third-party eGift cards (Netflix, Amazon, Cinemark, Mastercard, Airbnb, Visa) are subject to their issuers’ terms. Any purchase or processing fee is shown on the listing and included in the price. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

8. Connect Plus

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime by email or phone; benefits continue until the end of the term. Cancel within 14 days without using a benefit for a full refund.

9. Software

Software is licensed under the publisher’s end-user license agreement.

10. Safety and health products

Follow all manufacturer instructions for safety equipment, including fall protection, which requires proper anchorage and training. Supplements and personal care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

11. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shop Connect Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
